Once the Concept phase has been signed-off, the Project will move into Design Development, where all the different elements and topics are studied, rationalized and developed in depth, in order to produce a comprehensive and exhaustive package of information describing the level of detail necessary to achieve the quality we are looking for.

Prior to move forward within the Design Development, and in order to have an accurate initial information to work from, a Survey of the site or premises would be required. This is an additional service we could provide, if necessary.
